Add what you want to your cart and go through checkout. We'll ask for delivery details and your preferred contact channel — WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, Telegram or phone. We then reach out on that channel to confirm the order and arrange payment.

Inside the Kathmandu Valley, 1–2 working days. Major cities outside the valley — Pokhara, Chitwan, Butwal, Biratnagar — typically 2–4 working days. More remote districts can take up to a week depending on courier coverage.

None. The only ingredient in each pouch is the fruit on the label. The sugar figure on the nutrition panel looks high because removing water concentrates the fruit's own sugars — 100g of dried mango is roughly 550g of fresh mango.

If a pouch is unopened and undamaged, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If something arrived damaged, spoiled or simply wrong, tell us within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund it — no need to send it back.
